I'll dominate 'credible boxer' Paul - Anthony Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
